CUSTOMER POLICIES

We invite you to use our complimentary bridal service at Waits Jewelry and Fine Gifts, LLC. Every bride is special and we will strive to help make your occasion memorable. We will assist you, your family and guests with any gifts they choose to purchase. Please be aware that your guests may select items you did not register for at Waits. We cannot guarantee that you will not have duplications, as several guests can make the same purchase on the same day.

PERSONAL SERVICE

Because we want to give you all the time you deserve, we ask that you consider making an appointment for your registry. You will receive personalized assistance throughout your registry period and our bridal consultants will help facilitate any returns or exchanges you wish to make. We also recommend scheduling an appointment after your wedding to review items remaining on your list. You may call a customer-care representative toll-free at 1-877-216-2177 should you have questions.

GIFT PURCHASES

When gifts have been purchased, they are removed from your registry. Please check your gift list periodically for updates. Important times to check would be following a bridal shower, holiday or a few weeks prior to your wedding.

OUR EXCHANGE SERVICE POLICY

There are two choices for table service items:
1. You may request that Waits order the patterns of your choice, and we will wrap the gifts as they are purchased. However, once the items are ordered by Waits, the china, pottery, glassware, flatware, etc. is yours and you are responsible for completing and paying for the order. Therefore, you will need to carefully consider how many place settings you think you will actually receive from our Store.
2. You may want to purchase a place setting of some of your patterns we may not have in stock to show in your gift display. We may sell some of the display and send gift cards for the rest. The gift cards must be returned no later than 60 days after your wedding. Merchandise for the gift cards will not be ordered until the gift cards are signed and returned to Waits. Please remember that once you have confirmed the gift card, the merchandise will be ordered and can no longer be returned or exchanged.

Exchanging of gifts (other than china, crystal, flatware and other specially ordered tableware) will be by appointment only. This will enable us to serve you more efficiently. Exchanges must be made within 60 days of the wedding. Gifts received later than 60 days after the wedding may be exchanged 60 days after receipt.

Please do not mark or affix stickers on merchandise you plan to return, or polish silver that is to be returned. Any gift being returned should be packed in the box it arrived in to protect the merchandise. Our green ATTENTION card will be fixed to the TOP of the box and must be returned with the gift. Gifts may be returned for exchange on other merchandise or a store Credit which is good for 6 months. Damaged or used items may not be returned. We do not refund cash for wedding gifts.

Because vendors discontinue patterns without giving prior notice, we cannot guarantee availability of any pattern. We recommend completing patterns as soon as possible. We offer a 10% discount for three months as our pattern completion program.

Waits Jewelry and Fine Gifts, LLC cannot guarantee that all items available at the time of registration will continue to be available throughout your registry period. An expected delivery date will be displayed on the bridal registry for out of stock items. In most cases, please allow 6 to 8 weeks delivery on items that are temporarily out of stock. In the event an item has been discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible, so that you may select an alternate gift(s).

SHIPPING

Your shipping address should be one where someone is available to receive deliveries during the day. In the event you are not available to receive deliveries during the day, we recommend using the address of a relative, friend or business office. Waits will ship by Parcel Post unless specified otherwise. All shipped items will be insured.

In Corinth, we will call someone you designate to pick up wrapped gifts at Waits. On some occasions, we may be able to deliver within the city of Corinth. When we are able to do so, we will telephone before attempting to make a delivery.

Other deliveries are made by UPS or Fed-Ex when requested. If the shipper delivers a damaged or broken gift, save the shipping box and all wrapping. Contact the shipper and they will pick up the damaged gift and return to us. We will then issue you another gift. There will be a shipping and handling charge.
