WAITS JEWELRY RETURN POLICY

Waits offers a 14-day return policy on jewelry. If you are not happy with your jewelry purchase within 14 days of receipt, you may return UNUSED merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange. Jewelry returned must be in original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a jeweler other than Waits cannot be returned. Some estate jewelry and designer jewelry may be fragile and cannot be returned if damaged.

COMPARISON PURCHASING

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing means buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the rest. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be costly. If undecided about a jewelry item, please call one of our consultants to help you make a decision.

RETURN PROCEDURE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Waits, and for that reason, we are glad to accept returns of purchased merchandise in accordance with the following procedure.

Jewelry must be return-shipped to Waits within 14 days from your receipt thereof or no refund can be given.

Your return must be properly packaged. Include all original packaging and printed material. If your merchandise came with a diamond certificate or other certificate, it must be returned with the merchandise or you will be responsible for a $100.00 Certificate replacement charge.

BECAUSE THE SAFE RETURN OF YOUR PACKAGE IS AS IMPORTANT TO WAITS AS IT IS TO YOU, PLEASE INSURE YOUR PACKAGE FOR THE FULL VALUE LISTED ON THE INVOICE. SHIP YOUR PACKAGE VIA USPS REGISTERED MAIL AND REQUEST A RETURN RECEIPT. JEWELRY MUST BE DOUBLE BOXED AND TOTALLY WRAPPED IN PAPER TAPE WITH NO SEAMS VISIBLE.

BECAUSE OF OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT JEWELRY IS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS SENT TO YOU, NO REFUND CAN BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE RETURNED ITEM HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY OUR GEMOLOGIST AND QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALISTS. IF ANY JEWELRY IS RETURNED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION OR IN ANY CONDITION OTHER THAN THAT IN WHICH IT WAS SOLD, WAITS CANNOT GIVE YOU A REFUND AND WILL RETURN THE ITEM TO YOU.
