Delivery Information
Waits will ship by parcel post unless specified otherwise by customer. All shipments will be insured and will have a tracking number. Overnight shipments are possible by request. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your billing.
Return Policy
We want our customers to be happy with purchases from Waits Jewelry and Fine Gifts. We will facilitate returns as quickly and as best we can. Please understand the following conditions apply regarding returns to Waits:
1. Shipments that are refused for any reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Items returned must be in “like sellable condition” (i.e., in the same condition in which the item was shipped to you), with original price tags attached.
2. All sales of final mark down merchandise, food, candles, etc. are final and may not be returned.
3. The green gift receipt card gift box and the shipping label should accompany all return items.
4. Returns of jewelry and bridal registry items must be in accordance with Waits’ Jewelry Return Policy or Waits’ Bridal Registry Policies, as applicable.
5. Items purchased online (EXCEPT JEWELRY) from Waits Jewelry and Fine Gifts may be returned to our store.
6. Any item to be returned must be return-shipped to Waits within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
7.All returns should be addressed to Waits Jewelry and Fine Gifts, LLC, 410 Fillmore Street, Corinth, Mississippi 38834.
BECAUSE THE SAFE RETURN OF YOUR PACKAGE IS AS IMPORTANT TO WAITS AS IT IS TO YOU, PLEASE INSURE YOUR PACKAGE FOR THE FULL VALUE LISTED ON THE INVOICE. SHIP YOUR PACKAGE VIAS USPS REGISTERED MAIL AND REQUEST A RETURN RECEIPT.
BECAUSE OF OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ITEMS ARE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE SENT TO YOU, NO REFUND CAN BE PROCESSED UNTIL EACH RETURNED ITEM HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALISTS. Damaged Items
Immediately upon receipt, please check all items carefully. If any damage is found, RETAIN ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS AND CARTONS AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. If your package was drop shipped from the company’s warehouse by UPS, please call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 within 3 days to report damage. Follow all instructions given you by the UPS representative.
2. Call Waits Jewelry and Fine Gifts at 1-877-216-2177 or 1-662-286-2177 after you report to UPS, to let us know about damage and give us the claim number.
FedEx:(for drop shipments from the wholesale warehouse)
1. Call Waits Jewelry and Fine Gifts at 1-877-216-2177 within 3 days to report damage. We will report the damage to FedEx for you.
2. Retain all packing, paperwork and the broken item until FedEx contacts you to inspect the damage.
Parcel Post: (for all packages shipped from Waits Store in Corinth)
1. Call Waits Jewelry and Fine Gifts at 1-877-216- or 1-662-286-2177 to report the damage and give us the claim number on package.
2. Retain all packing and broken item until we contact you.
Risk of Loss
By purchasing items from Waits Jewelry and Fine Gifts, LLC online and consenting to the shipment of such items to you, you agree that the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
